Accessibility and Getting to Let's Talk Dementia

Cars
Paintworks is on the Bath Road and offers limited free parking, we strongly encourage attendees to come by public transport if possible.
If travelling by car is a necessity, further paid parking which is around a 10 - 15 minute walk and managed by Horizon Parking, can be found at the local Sainsbury’s. Full details and booking.
The site is outside of Bristol Clean Air Zone, we recommend checking the CAZ map if you are planning on driving close to the city centre, as you may pass through the zone.
Buses
Buses from the centre of Bristol, Temple Meads train station and Bristol Coach Station stop less than a five-minute walk from the venue.
Bus numbers 1, 57, 349 and X39 stop at the Paintworks bus stop.
Trains
Please bear in mind that train strikes are planned for the 30th September, if they go ahead there will be a very limited number of trains running. Please check National Rail before booking tickets and setting off.
The closet train station is Bristol Temple Meads and is approximately a 20-minute walk to Paintworks.
Bikes
Multiple bike racks are available to safely secure bikes.
Accessibility at Paintworks
The venue is fully accessible and there are accessible onsite toilets, chairs for resting and there is a ramp inside which serves one step between two areas.
We strongly suggest attendees do not go down the steep stairs by the red X
Please follow the signs which will take you the flat and accessible way into the venue.
