Hilda Winslade née Sinfield was a kind loving caring and devoted Wife, Mum, Nanna and friend. She was born in Oldham Lancashire in 1933. Married the love of her life professional rugby player Charles “Charlie” Winslade in 1952. Had two very wanted children Vanessa & Nicola to who she was the best mum ever. She moved to Bridgend Wales in 1987 with her family however sadly lost the love of her life Charlie in 1993 to Cancer after a short illness. She was the world bestest Nanna to her two Grandchildren - Charlotte Rebekha & Jaynee Zahra. She lived out her years at her home with her youngest daughter Nicola her son-in-law Jason & Granddaughter Jaynee Zahra, who all cared for her until she passed away at home aged 85 years old in 2019. (Her Picture was taken at her 85th birthday meal) She was very much loved beyond words. Brace is a charity which carries out research into the type of dementia (vascular) which she suffered with for over ten years. A disease which cruelly ebbed away at her mentally and physically until very little of the Hilda Winslade we all knew and loved was no more. With help from our donations in her loving memory let’s bring this illness to its knees, stand face to face with it and say - No! - you will take no more of our loved ones this way.
